PLJR CaseMind reads the papers of a case and builds the working file a senior advocate would want: a timeline with the page for every line, the issues, the leading cases from PLJR’s own corpus of judgments, the gaps in the other side’s case, and your arguments, ready for court.
| The test the courts apply | Our record | |
|---|---|---|
| Gravity of the accusation | Rape alleged, p.17 | Disputed |
| Delay in the FIR | Ten days, p.4 and p.17 | Record helps |
| Medical corroboration | No injury noted, p.29 | Record helps |
Upload once. CaseMind reads, organises and researches, and shows its work.
PDFs, scanned Hindi and English pages, Word files, WhatsApp and email exports.
A bundle is split into its papers. Facts and events are taken with the page they came from.
The questions for the court, and the leading cases for each from PLJR’s own corpus of judgments.
Where the other side’s case is weak, where yours is exposed, and the cases that can be cited against you.
Arguments with their authority, your selected cases and notes on one page. Print, download or email.
Because they are doing different jobs. A chatbot replies from memory in seconds. CaseMind builds a checked file, and the checking is the part that takes time.
You do not have to wait on the screen: the work continues on our side if you close the tab, and the file is there when you return. After that, every question you ask the case is answered in seconds.
Chat assistants are good at writing. Legal work needs sources, pages and an honest “not in the papers”. This is where the two differ.
| A general AI chat | PLJR CaseMind Legal Intelligence | |
|---|---|---|
| Where the law comes from | Its training memory or the open web. Case names and citations can be wrong, or invented. | PLJR’s own corpus (1968–2026), the JLJR corpus and the PLJR Online corpus, with a wider search of 15 lakh+ judgments as a fallback. Each case resolves to a real judgment, and overruled cases are flagged from the PLJR citator. |
| Your papers | Pasted text or a file. Answers rarely say which page they rest on. | Page-anchored. Every event, claim and argument shows the paper and page. Scanned Hindi and English pages are read; a bundle is split into its papers. |
| Finding the right cases | You must already know what to ask for. | For each issue it searches PLJR’s own corpus, judgments with similar facts and the same question, and the whole corpus, and ranks by court level and how often later judgments cite the case. |
| The other side | Tends to agree with the framing it is given. | Lists the cases that may be cited against you and how to distinguish them, the gaps in the other side’s case, and the risks to yours. |
| What it admits it does not know | Fluent either way. | Shows “not in the papers”. An argument with no authority and no record page behind it is not shown. AI summaries are labelled. |
| Court-ready output | Chat text to copy and reformat. | A one-page court sheet with your selected cases and notes, a Word research note, a chronology and pleadings in the court’s format. |
| Your confidential file | Depends on the product and its settings. | Encrypted in storage with a separate key for each case; the AI provider receives only the text needed for a request. Delete a case and its key is destroyed. |
Events merged across the FIR, the petition and the order, grouped by stage, each with its source page.
For each question, the test the courts apply, set against your record: met, not met, disputed, or not in the papers.
Why each applies to your facts, how it differs from the next, the outcome, and how often later judgments cite it.
Weak points in the other side’s case with a question to put or a submission to make, and the points they will press against you.
Your arguments strongest first, with the authority behind each, and the other side’s arguments with your reply.
Enter the facts and see the pleas open to you, such as circumstantial evidence or delay in the FIR, with how the courts treated each in the leading cases.
Upload the file, or simply type or paste the facts. CaseMind works from either, in English or Hindi.
Pick the cases you will cite, add your own notes, and get one neat page for court with your pleas and arguments. Print it, save it as Word or email it.
CaseMind opens with your PLJR Online login. Every plan has the full PLJR library and unlimited cases you build yourself; the plans differ in how many cases CaseMind analyses with AI each month. Before anything uses credits, you see how many.
An AI case is the analysis of one case for the month: its first analysis, up to 3 full re-runs and the updates as the case grows. Credits are used for reading scanned papers and for extra AI work beyond what a case includes. Unused plan credits stay usable for 2 more months.
Top-up credits last 12 months. Credits are usage units for PLJR services only; they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
The analysis of an AI case is included. Anything beyond what a case includes shows its credits before you start. A step that fails is not charged.
No. It prepares your file and research and shows the source of each point. You decide what to use. AI-written lines are labelled so you can check them against the judgment and the record.
Every case comes from PLJR’s own database, so it resolves to an actual judgment, and later treatment such as overruled comes from the PLJR citator. A short note on why a case applies is written by AI from the case’s own summary; read the judgment before relying on it.
Scanned Hindi and English pages are read, and a page it cannot read is marked rather than guessed. Handwriting is read less reliably than print, so check names and numbers against the original, which opens beside the text.
Files and page text are encrypted in storage with a separate key for each case. Your papers are used only for your case, and only the text needed for a request goes to the AI provider. Deleting a case destroys its key.
It works on PLJR’s own corpus (1968–2026), the JLJR corpus and the PLJR Online corpus, with a wider search across 15 lakh+ judgments, and on the papers you upload from any court. It connects the new criminal codes (BNS, BNSS) with the IPC and CrPC provisions in the leading cases.
CaseMind is an extension of PLJR Online and opens with your PLJR login, so it needs an active PLJR Online subscription. Every PLJR plan includes it: PLJR Online with 2 AI cases a month to try, PLJR Pro with 20 and PLJR Pro Max with 30.
It takes about five minutes. If it does not find something you would have missed, you have lost nothing.
